I’m Luke Webber — an experienced Senior Leader, Designated Safeguarding Lead and education leadership coach.
I work with school leaders who want a trusted space to think clearly, lead confidently and feel less alone in the complexity of leadership.

A coaching space shaped by real leadership experience
My coaching is grounded in lived experience of school leadership.
Over the years, I’ve worked in senior leadership roles across primary education, supporting school improvement, staff development, safeguarding, behaviour and culture.
I understand the realities of leadership in education:
- the pressure of making difficult decisions
- the emotional weight leaders often carry
- the challenge of balancing people, priorities and pace
- the need to stay thoughtful and values-led under pressure
That experience shapes the way I coach.
Why coaching
matters to me
Too many education leaders are carrying huge responsibility while feeling isolated, overwhelmed or under constant pressure to hold everything together.
I believe leadership should feel purposeful, confident and sustainable — not performative, exhausting or lonely.
Coaching creates the space that leadership roles don’t always allow:
